The WaterShed Building is home to two non-residential spaces on the ground floor that face 3rd Avenue. They were designed for use as office or retail spaces, but they’re well-suited to many types of businesses — particularly those with a sustainable ethic or creative bent.

Each space features all the green systems you'd expect from this building. You'll particularly enjoy the walls of windows and the ability to open doors and transom windows to the outdoors. During business hours you're welcome to enjoy the courtyard with residents.

Easy access from downtown Eugene, Ferry Street Bridge or Coburg Road makes this a great spot to spend your days. High visibility from the 3rd Street exit from Ferry Street Bridge, and the easily recognized building, make the space compelling from a business perspective. On-street parking and reserved spots in our parking lot offer you or your clients extra convenience.

These spaces are currently leased. Space #1 is located on the corner of 3rd & Mill, and is home to Eugene Private Wealth Management. Space #2 is the long-time home to Bloom Hair Studio. To be alerted in the instance of a vacancy, please let us know of your interest.
